Hello everyone! Some may remember me, Shysies mom. (We're plugging along and conquering challenges as they arrive and dancing the rest of time)
Today I visit, because [QUOTE[/QUOTE]my newest baby....Little Girl, chi mix 10 years old, 13 pounds, she became perament part of our family this past spring. Her doctor feels cushings could be factor as well as liver disease according to labs
Only noticeable thing is her round round tummy so even IF cushings am not eager to medicate.
She goes for ultra sound and acth testing in couple weeks.
She is also enduring a uti at this time and we started medications for that. Will try and attach lab photos if can't will type out.
Hmmm okay can not attach. Which levels would be most informative?

Stormee, omigoodness, here you are again!! Of course we remember you and sweet Shysie :) :), and I am hoping that everything is OK with her? And now we have a new Little Girl to welcome into our family! ;)

As far as her labwork, all we really need to see are any values that are abnormally high or low, as well as the reference ranges for those particular values. That will give us a good starting point for discussing the road ahead.

Once again, welcome back, although I am sorry that Cushing's may once again be a part of your lives...

I'll leave the lab interpretations to the gurus but I had to stop by and say WELCOME BACK! Little Girl couldn't be in better hands!

Dropped Little Girl off at doctors this morning for her hormone panel and ultra sound.....wish they would have allowed me stay with her. Feeling empty without her. Sigh.
