Fantastic, heart-warming article on how our furry friends really feel about us.

Interesting article. i think spending the funds on dogs who really need advanced imaging would be better spent. Most of us cannot afford an MRI for our dogs who desperately need it. Here they are using expensive technology on healthy dogs to prove what most of us already know. I don't get it.

There is no reason to delete your post Meg. It was a very interesting article. I will admit to being bitter because I was given a quote for over $3000 for an MRI for Buddy. I could not afford that on top of all the other expenses. I would have liked to have one done, but it would not have changed anything, since surgery was not an option. Many of us are unable to get these tests done because they are so expensive.

I understand, I can't afford them either. Most scientific studies like this are funded by grants. I just thought it was interesting sorry

It was interesting to read how the brains lit up in response to stimuli....but I wasn't really surprised about what they learned. We already knew that, huh? ;)
