When I lived in Sydney they were flying around in droves, what a racket they make swooping about! At the hospital I worked in they had a balcony around the building and honestly about 50 of them would come and sit on the railing each afternoon and wait patiently for their treat. We would take out a packet of plain biscuits and snap them in half and go along the line, handing a piece to each cockatoo who would take it in its paw and they would all sit there and nibble away, when finished they all took off. It was quite a sight!!
