Hello, this is my first contact on this site. My cocker spaniel Roxie is 9 and has been on veteroyl for her cushings for 1 year now.
Drug dose is 60 mg per day. She seems to be doing well, I am happy and love my fur baby:). Recently I have lost my job and finding the med costs for her overwhelming. I will continue to treat her, no matter what I do without as long as she is well. Just wondered if anyone has suggestions of suppliers to work with to order meds from.
I am currently paying 70.00$ per box and shipping of $33.00 to get it to me.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks:)

The cheapest I have found is California Pet Pharmacy. And, they do free shipping when you spend over $100, I believe. They are VIPPS certified, which is reassuring. I believe there are a few others on here that use California Pet Pharmacy too.

And Diamondback is also used. Check out all of them and there should be at least one who will beat that price.

Hi and welcome to you and Roxie!

I'm delighted to hear that Roxie is doing so well on her treatment with Vetoryl. I was wondering if you could tell us a bit of Roxie's history? Has she had an ACTH stim test done recently, and if so, would you mind sharing those results with us? How much does she weigh? Does she have any other health issues?

Trilostane is the active ingredient in Vetoryl, Trilostane can be compounded into dosages that brandname Vetoryl are not available in which can be a considerable cost savings.

Looking forward to hearing more about Roxie.

Hugs, Lori
