Mini-poodle with multiple problems; what went wrong?

My vote is don't dose her again. My mini poodle was not eating , was only borderline Cushings < had heart & kidney problems & DIED afer he second dose of this med ! Please check into it more. That is why I signed up for this site. I had 2 vets agree this was safe for her meds/bldwk . and yet she's gone ! Just get food in & do the checking I failed too ! best of luck !!!!

First off, I am so sorry for your loss! In the midst of your own grief, it is kind of you to want to come here to help others. But it sounds as though there are a lot of unanswered questions regarding your dog's diagnosis and also her treatment. It is not clear to me whether she actually had Cushing's, or what medications were prescribed for her. Unanswered questions surely can make it so difficult to find peace when you've lost your baby. So if it would be helpful to you, please do tell us more about your girl, OK? Even though we may not be able to answer all your questions, perhaps we can help sort out what went wrong, and also offer you some thoughts that may be of comfort.
