Angel Apollo's little brother Arion

I named him Arion because in Greek mythology Arion was a poet who
> praised Apollo the God of Poetry and was favored and saved by Apollo

I picked him up from a rescue at a foster home on Dec 2. He is about 2 years old, weighs 9.2 lbs. He is glued to me.
I asked Apollo to guide and watch over him.
I will post his picture in an Album named Arion.

Dearest First Friend,

I think about you often and was worried about you this holiday season for I feared it may be too bittersweet for you. I think dear Apollo reflected your own gentle soul my friend. I hope Arion is comforting to you and bringing you some smiles and I hope Mom is there with you to share the special new moments.

I spent some time with my niece over Christmas. She lost her boy last year and was devestated and still cries. She has a new pup, a little Lucy from a local rescue. She said she is having a hard time relating to a younger, healthy dog; there is not as much to do and worry about. I thought of you as she cuddled little Lucy with a tender look on her face. I knew that rescue pup eased the pain in her heart that was still there a year later.

So Sonja, I write this to you in hopes that the New Year will bring peace and joy with Arion for you and he both deserve that.
