insomnia and lots of energy

hi all, my 12 yr old rescue maltese mix has been on trilostane for 7 months and is now showing signs of intolerence; insomnia, lots of eneregy and bowel issues....any help??

how much does your pup weigh?
what is the dose?
when was the last ACTH test and what were the results?
can you the results of all ACTH tests since staring Trilostane?
how was the diagnosis made?
