The AVMA has not been able to find a link either. This was copied from a notice they received from their distributor who were alerted by the manufacturers. The edited link contains all the Clipper products now.

The American Veterinary Association announced a recall this morning for thyroid medications from manufacturers Lloyd, Vedco and Clipper. The thyroxine products were recalled over “incorrect in-process specification for blend uniformity criteria.”
