Delight/Disaster Holiday

We are about to embark on a very short duration/long drive holiday with the dogs. We have only gone to stay with family before and this time we are staying in a cottage at the end of the Great Ocean Road.

The Great Ocean Road starts about 20 minutes from where I live now and I must confess to never having driven it. It is supposedly one of the more beautiful coastal drives in Australia and we are traveling it all in one day and staying the night in a dog friendly cottage at the end before the shorter through the middle drive home.

It will either be a beautiful experience or a complete nightmare with the dogs but we will never know if we don't give it a try. We will be making many scenery stops but it will take about 10 hours to get there.

Wish us luck ad we will let you know how it went.

Hi Jenny,

When I read where ya'll are going, I got SOOOO jealous! ;) There just isn't much I enjoy more than a scenic road trip. Well, to be honest, I love road trips period. :p Please take lots of pics and know that your vehicle is MUCH more crowded that it appears - if you hear knocking from the trunk don't worry, I'm just taking a peek outside. :D
