Was going to write something but didn't want to give it away..but certainly a feel good ending. :)
talk about inspirational. truely remarkable.
you know, in the beginning, I felt cheated that I only had Zoe be a part of my life for 3 years before getting this Cushing diagnosis.
now I know I still may share her life for a long time.
but no matter what happens or how much time we have left together, at least I know that every single day of our lives together, my main goal has been to give her a happy life. I will continue on with that goal, I promised her that the day I brought her home.
Thanks for sharing the video.

What a wonderful 'tale' of the canine spirit. Thank you, Glynda, for sharing that link. I hope the energizer bunny has met up with my energizer doggy who, luckily, found her forever home much earlier in life than Starfish. Sue

We, humans, do not deserve them - they are so far above us with their dignity, ability to love again and resilience. Thank you Glynda, I could not help but cry and smile at the same time.

This really shows the joys and rewards of being involved with rescue. I wish I had room to tell you the stories of the hundreds of little dogs that could that I've met over the years.
Beautiful story! Thank you for posting ... brings back a lot of great memories of great dogs I have known and loved!
XO,
Dena and pack:)

What a story, this little dog wanted to live and learned to love and enjoy life what ever the terms were. Bless the family who took him in. Wow!
